To gather information or book an assessment for your client, follow these easy steps:
- Call 705-866-6231 during business hours (705-698-4703 off hours);
- Ask to speak with Heather Hachey, RN, Executive Director.
We will visit you and/or you client as quickly as you require, no matter where in the city the client is currently residing. We're here to help!
